Finding a water park in Brittany is not always easy: the region has few large outdoor parks, because of the climate, and most slide outings take place in the towns’ covered aquatic centres. But it is also one of the regions where campsites have invested the most in genuine water parks, often with a heated indoor pool, usable even when the Breton sky is misbehaving.
Where to enjoy slides and pools in Brittany, how to choose, and which campsites with a water park to pick from north to south of the region: here is our guide.

In Brittany the sea is often cold even in summer, and the weather can change quickly. For families, a campsite with a real water area, slides, a lazy river and above all a heated indoor pool, guarantees a swim whatever the weather. That is why the region has many campsites with complete water parks, which often act as a fully fledged leisure park.
At Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, between Dinard and Saint-Malo, camping Émeraude combines an indoor pool, water slides and a river, a few minutes from the beaches of the Côte d’Émeraude and the ramparts of Saint-Malo.
At Erdeven, near the Carnac stone alignments and the large beaches of the wild coast, camping La Croix Villieu offers its water area with slides, a river and an indoor pool. At Guidel, between Lorient and the Laïta, camping Les Jardins de Kergal has a complete water park with pentagliss and a covered pool.
At Trégunc, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, Domaine de Pendruc also offers slides, pentagliss, a river and an indoor pool, a short walk from the beaches of southern Finistère.
Brittany’s large towns have covered aquatic complexes with slides, leisure pools and wellness areas, open all year round. They are a good solution for a rainy afternoon, but they do not replace the convenience of a water park you can use at will from your pitch. In Brittany, the best water park is often the one at your own campsite: a heated indoor pool and a few slides completely change family holidays under a changeable sky. Choose a campsite close to the sea, with a covered area, and enjoy the beaches as soon as the sun returns. See all our campsites with a water park in Brittany.
